SixTeen recipe for Sandwich!

Sandwiches are quick and easy to make breakfast or snacks.  Mostly, brown or wheat bread is used in making sandwiches as they are healthier than white bread.

Ingredients for healthy lotty veggie sandwich
serve 1 to 2 persons.

2 or 4 slices of wheat bread

1 or ½ tbsp. of butter, olive oil or margarine

½ round sliced fresh tomato

Round sliced cucumber

Freshly washed lettuce

Grated carrots

Round cut green pepper

Method

Spread sliced bread with butter, olive oil or margarine
Place lettuce on one slice(bread)
Top it up with sliced tomato, cucumber, green pepper, grated carrots
Add the other slice of bread to cover the fillings.
Serve with a glass of any fruit juice of your choice.
There you go, it requires no cooking expertise!!!
